1 General Provisions and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tk 567 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user ("you", "Member"). By using the tk 567 website, mobile application, and related services, you automatically accept these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform: The tk 567 website, app, and all related digital services.
• Member: Any person who has created a registered account on tk 567.
• Account: A Member's personal profile, through which all platform services can be accessed.
• Bonus: An additional amount granted by the platform under specific conditions, which cannot be withdrawn directly as cash.
• Wagering Requirement: The number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they can be withdrawn.
• Net Loss: What remains after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.

Plural terms used in these Terms should be read as singular where applicable, and vice versa. If any difference arises between a Bengali translation and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account on tk 567, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. If these conditions are not met, the platform reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.1 Age and Residency

• You must be 21 years of age or older. Casino and betting activities are available to persons aged 21+ only.
• You must not be located in any jurisdiction where online gaming or betting is completely prohibited.
• You must be a human — not an automated system, bot, or artificial entity.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, identity document, or bank account is strictly prohibited. In case of violation, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing incorrect or false information may cause problems during verification and puts the account at risk of cancellation. tk 567 may request documents to verify identity at any time.

3 Account Security and Management

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing another person to use your account or sharing your login details is a direct violation of these Terms.

• Passwords must be at least 8 characters long and should include numbers and special characters.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, inform the support team immediately.
• After logging in on a public or shared device, do not forget to log out of your account.
• Use two-factor authentication (OTP) to protect your account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

tk 567 supports financial transactions through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.

4.1 Deposits

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank).
• Minimum deposit: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits will only be accepted from a method registered in the account holder's name. Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally made through the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 General Financial Policy

If suspicious financial activity is detected, the platform reserves the right to temporarily hold and review transactions. tk 567 takes a strict stance against money laundering and other illegal financial activity and is obliged to report relevant information to the appropriate authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

tk 567 offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own conditions, and failure to comply with them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not cash — it cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless stated otherwise under special terms.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
• The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Bonus amounts are always calculated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

6 Gaming Rules

tk 567 offers various gaming options including casino games, slots, live casino, and sports betting. Each game has its own rules, which are provided within the game itself.

• Any winnings incorrectly displayed due to a software error or technical fault will be considered void.
• Bets cannot be cancelled once placed, unless the game's rules specifically state otherwise.
• In sports betting, match results are verified from official sources. In case of any dispute, tk 567's decision is final.
• If the RTP (Return to Player) of any game changes, advance notice will be given.
• If the internet connection is lost, the outcome of an active bet will be determined according to the game server's records.

6.1 Sports Betting

You can bet on cricket, football, and other sports. Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other international matches. Multi bet, single bet, and other betting options are available.

7 VIP Program

tk 567's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Cashback is paid on the week's net loss at the applicable rate. Moving to a higher tier depends on your activity and engagement on the platform. Decisions regarding VIP tier changes are made entirely at tk 567's discretion.

8 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to exploit the bonus system or engaging in bonus arbitrage.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer repeatedly.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Attempting to access other members' accounts.
• Claiming to be a platform employee, support agent, or administrator.
• Deliberately exploiting technical faults in the system.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Collusion or coordinated fraud with other members.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

tk 567 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, for any reason — in particular for violation of these Terms.

9.1 Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your account yourself, notify the support team. Any active bonus conditions must be met before closure, and any balance will be returned subject to withdrawal eligibility requirements.

9.2 Closure by the Platform

If an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bonuses and associated winnings may be forfeited. However, a fair portion of the original deposit will be returned where possible, unless evidence of fraud exists.

10 Limitation of Liability

tk 567 is not liable for losses caused by technical problems, internet disruptions, faults in third-party services, or other circumstances beyond our control. The platform always aims to maintain the highest technical standards, but all services are provided on an "as is" basis.

• The platform has no control over gaming outcomes — results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• tk 567 is not liable for any inconvenience caused by server issues on the part of a game provider.
• The platform is not obliged to compensate for losses arising from currency conversion due to fluctuations in financial markets.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

How your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. It forms an integral part of these Terms.

In brief, we do not sell your information to third parties. Data is used only for the purpose of providing services, verifying identity, and meeting legal obligations. All data is protected through SSL encryption.

12 Responsible Gaming
